Arthritis Supports will dispatch all orders within one business day of receiving the order. Free local pickup is available from our warehouse at Unit 7C, 256 New Line Road, Dural, NSW 2158 Australia. (We’re are in the complex at the far end of Garth Mooreland Way service road.) You must select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout, and call or send an email after placing your order to confirm the pickup. For all other orders throughout Australia, standard shipping is $9.90, while Express shipping is $13.75

RETURN IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING Returns policy ArthritisSupports accepts returns for refund up to 30 days after the purchase date. Once returns are received in our warehouse, refunds will be issued within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be credited back via the original payment method unless a store credit is requested. Requirements: Item(s) are in original condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold) Include the Picking Ticket if possible, and write your return reason on there. Once received, we will process your request within 3 business days. If a street address is required, please send it to Unit 7C, 256 New Line Road, Dural NSW 2158   Can I get an exchange? If you wish to get an exchange, we require you to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.   Do I have to pay for return shipping? Returns by post are to be paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty. If you have paid with PayPal, you can have the cost of your return paid back to you from PayPal. Click here for more information.   Receiving a refund Once Returns are receipted into our warehouse, Refunds will be issued within 3 business days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Posted returns can take up to 10 – 12 business days to be received. Once received, we will process your request within 3 business days. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we cannot influence this.   Returns for promotional offers Promotional discount offers will be honoured when exchanging size, but in the case your size request is unavailable or a refund is requested, promotional offers will not be extended to your new order. Any free promotional items must be returned along with your order if you will no longer meet the terms of the offer.
